Thank you for shopping at Spy Shop India. We take pride in providing our customers with high-quality surveillance and security products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

Refunds

  • Processing of Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 2-14 Working days, or depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
    • Items with obvious signs of use
    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@spyshopindia.in and send your item to 55, Westend Marg, Lane No. 2, 2nd Floor, Saidulajab, Near Saket Metro Station, New Delhi 110030, India.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchange Shipping: If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.
