1. Duration of Warranty All products purchased from Spy Shop India are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.

3. What is Not Covered

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
• Accidental damage or damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, water, impact)

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

• Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
• Describe the issue in detail and, if possible, include photos or videos of the defect for better understanding.

5. Resolution Process

• Upon verification of the claim, we will repair the defective product or replace it with a new one at no additional cost.
• If the product in question is discontinued or out of stock, we will offer a replacement of equivalent value or a suitable alternative.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Spy Shop India’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Additional Information

• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• The warranty is applicable within the geographical limits of India.
