  • Due to the nature of spy and surveillance products, we do not accept returns for items damaged by mishandling, wear & tear, or improper usage.
  • Customized, special-order, or clearance products are not eligible for return.
• Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• Exchange Option:
  • If you received a wrong or faulty product, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
• Shipping Charges:
  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Order Cancellation:
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may apply for a return (if eligible).
