Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation:
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at contact@spyshopindia.in. We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product in accordance with our Return Policy.
- Refunds for Canceled Orders:
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. - Changes to Orders:
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as modifying the delivery address or adding/removing items, please contact us at contact@spyshopindia.in as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
